What is Assymetry?
- The complete opposite of Symmetry
- Assymetry means it lacks symmetry
- Something doesn’t look right in the image and it is out of proportion
- A pattern breaks
When do you use Assymetry?
- It is used to draw attention
- To direct your audience to a particular button or image
- It makes things eye catching
What are examples of Assymetry?
- You can also use it for drawing seeds on your fruit slice designs
- You can use it for drawing your panda’s hair
- You can draw clouds with it
So what can you do now that you know about Assymetry?
- The next time you draw a panda or an anime character, you can make assymetrical spots on your character’s face to draw attention
- You can draw scars that are assymetrical to add to it’s design, reviewing that this character has been through tough battles
- You can make a welcome page or an enter page logo with a gap in it so draw your audience’s attention
